The main points of order review are mainly from the following aspects.
The size of the installed glass. The general customer will give the type of glass installed in the order, for example, double glass 5 + 9A + 5 glass, then it depends on whether the selected fan material and pressing line can install 20mm thick glass. (Because the glass is usually 1mm larger when it is combined, it is 20mm.) The sliding window should check whether the opening size of the card glass on the top and bottom and the light hook meets the requirements. The opening size should be greater than 2mm of glass thickness. Whether the pressure line of the sliding window is suitable for the size of the card glass after installation. The size of the card glass is more than 3mm larger than the glass thickness. Because the crimping line needs to be snapped in, the inclined size of the crimping line is generally reserved at 3mm. The casement window is executed according to this point. What needs to be mentioned is that the crimping lines of some flat series frames and fans are not universal, so they need to be reviewed separately.
The corner code of the casement window matches the size. The frame material and fan material of the group corner type need to be matched with the corresponding corner code, and the size of the corner code is 0.3 to 0.5 mm smaller than that of the corresponding cavity. The angle fit size of the middle stile connection is also 0.3 ~ 0.5mm smaller than that of the middle stile cavity. The middle stile connection method can be pin insertion, U-shaped aluminum connection, screw connection, etc., which needs to be treated differently.
Matching with hardware accessories. The sliding window should be used in conjunction with the sliding down. The common sliding down is round head and umbrella track. The lower sealing strip corresponding to the round head track is vertical hair to increase the sealing width; and the lower part corresponding to the umbrella shape is horizontal hair, vertical The hair slot interferes with the umbrella rail when it is installed. It should also be noted that if the track is eccentric, the notch for installing the pulley underneath should also be eccentric. For the hardware installation of casement windows, it is necessary to pay attention to the installation position of the frame and the fan, especially the heat insulation profile, which cannot be installed on the heat insulation strip. Pay attention to the space of the sliding window installation of the hanging window, 16-17mm.
The problem of color separation of two-color profiles requires knowing how to use it. If the inner and outer models are normally divided, the side with the pressure groove is the inner model. However, sometimes users do not use conversion materials when opening windows outside, so all frame materials must be used in reverse. The pressure line of the fan should be on the indoor side, and the pressure line of the external fan should also be on the indoor side. The side seal material and hook cover material of sliding windows are generally 50% in color. The corner is generally a male corner. If the user's color separation is reversed, you need to confirm whether it is a female corner.
